The display device consists of two units: a sensor and a display, which are connected together by an external wire for the user. This device complies with DL/T538-2006 Technical Conditions for High Voltage Live Display Devices.
The pillar insulator type sensor in the display device can be matched with various types of high-voltage switchgear, isolating switches, grounding switches, etc.
The display device can not only indicate the live status of the circuit, but also cooperate with the electromagnetic lock to achieve forced locking of the switchgear operating handle and mesh door, achieving the purpose of preventing live closing and closing of the grounding switch, preventing accidental entry into the live interval, and improving the anti misoperation performance of the switchgear.◆ Model Description

Main technical conditions
1. Normal environmental conditions for use
a. The installation location shall not exceed an altitude of 1000m;
b. The upper limit of the ambient temperature is 50 ℃, and the lower limit is -25 ℃;
c. When the ambient temperature is 20 ℃, the daily average relative humidity should not exceed 95%;
d. Places without obvious pollution such as dust, corrosive and flammable gases, water vapor or smoke in the surrounding air.
2. Electrical parameters
a. The voltage levels are divided into 3, 6, 10, 27.5, and 35kV.
b. Tip type (T-shaped) display device: When the phase voltage at the testing end is between 15% and 65% of the rated value, the ultra-high brightness LED of the display begins to display the live status of the electrical equipment.
c. Compulsory (Q-type) display device: It has all the characteristics of a T-shaped display, and also has the ability to forcibly lock when any phase voltage at the monitored end reaches 65% to 100% of the rated value
In the "locked" state, K1 and K2 are disconnected, and the "locked" indicator light is on at the same time; When the working phase voltage is ≤ 15% of the rated phase voltage, the lock is in the "unlocked" state, and K1 and K2 are closed.d. Installation and usage precautions

Insulated wires should be reliably grounded according to the grounding mark. The wiring of the display device should be laid separately.4.
